Methodology

Nebula believes that good planning assures execution success and has a collaborative approach to planning, which involves all stakeholder inputs and is packages into a detailed project plan that provides guidance for execution and measurement of success.
The planning process is started off with the creation of the preliminary design, budget, resource plan, finalising the commercial elements of the contract and the development of the project plan to be presented for final approval in delivery and execution to achieve the desired results.


Having defined the SOW and business requirements, the platform is set for the design of a 'future-state' environment to meet fulfilment requirements.
The design approach includes:

  1. Business data analysis
  2. As-Is facility layout and business process mapping, incl FMEA
  3. Systems review and proposed transactional mapping
  4. To-Be process mapping, facility design & proposed organogram
